Off with their Heads...



Heads are off, and the motor was not seized, Bitchin' Camero! Now to hone it and get rid of the rust on the fins.

Not too bad turns out the rear piston has some rust, looks worse then it is... but it is free

Taking off the vale covers... Lets see if the pistons are any good, hopefully not frozen, or too rusty

49 Shoebox


The other project going is the '49... slowly getting all the ducks in a row. More pics to come I am sure, and lots of pics up to this point. Just finished getting the new Full Roll Pan welded up and gaps filled, lights frenched, just need to finish massaging the pieces!

Tank Gone...

Tank is off, now to get the varnish out. Not quite sure if I am going to try and salvage the tank or go for something different...

Started the Shovelhead project today after some careful planning, or lack thereof, either way the Bobber project is on it's way! This is the what it started out as, stock nothing fancy. More pics on the way...
