Took the ugly original fender cut off a few inches, new radius on the rear and she is looking good!

Fork Neck!

Had to re-machine the neck of the fork to be 1"...

Seats In!

Getting the upholstery done on the '49, it is almost done, or at least done enough...

Getting the frame done with some finish welds...

Templates and foam cut out for upholstery for base layer for springs.

Frame Welded! Minor adjustments made to match the backbone height and brought in to make a nice tapper. Now I just need to do some cosmetic touch ups and she's ready for the rough fit...

Electricity!

Electrolysis bath for the rusty springs! Rusty springs go in, clean springs come out!

Got the frame cut up today, and ready to get welded up...
